Working closely with senior engineers, architects, data teams, and business stakeholders, this role helps build workflow automation agents, Generative AI applications, semantic models, and enterprise data products that improve operational efficiency and drive business value.\nReporting to the AI and Engineering leadership team, the Junior AI Engineer is expected to bring a strong technical foundation, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for emerging AI technologies. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern AI platforms, cloud technologies, and enterprise data ecosystems while developing scalable, secure, and impactful solutions that support strategic business objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist in the design, development, and maintenance of AI-enabled business applications and workflow agents.\nDevelop and maintain data pipelines and application components using Python, SQL, and cloud-native technologies.\nSupport the implementation of Generative AI solutions using Microsoft Azure AI Foundry, Snowflake Cortex, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Databricks Mosaic AI, or similar enterprise AI platforms. \nAssist in building and maintaining Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and semantic search capabilities.\nAnalyze, extract, and transform data from multiple enterprise sources to support AI and analytics use cases.\nDevelop and support REST APIs and application integrations.\nSupport the integration of predictive models and AI-driven insights into business applications and dashboards.\nParticipate in AI evaluation, tracing, and observability activities using tools such as Arize AI Phoenix or similar platforms.\nFollow established data governance, security, and compliance standards.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and development artifacts.\nParticipate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.\nCollaborate effectively with senior engineers, AI architects, and business teams to deliver project objectives.\nRequired Skills\nBasic understanding of Generative AI concepts.\nBasic understanding of any one of these AI platforms -
