The ideal candidate will have a passion for quality assurance, strong attention to detail, and expertise in modern testing methodologies and tools.\nAs a QA Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our development process by implementing our organizational testing standards, automating test procedures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software. You will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and providing actionable feedback to improve our products.\nCore Responsibilities\nAnalyze business requirements and create test scenarios, test cases, and test data\nPerform manual testing (Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity)\nValidate data by writing and executing SQL queries\nConduct data validation testing between:\nUI / API / Source systems → Database → Data Warehouse → Reports/Dashboards\nPerform Data Warehousing testing including:\nData extraction, transformation, and loading validation (ETL testing)\nData reconciliation between source and target systems\nTesting fact and dimension tables\nVerifying data integrity, completeness, and consistency\nIdentify defects and log them using tools like JIRA / Azure DevOps\nWork closely with Developers, BA, and Data Engineering teams for defect resolution\nPrepare and share test execution reports and defect metrics\nParticipating in Agile ceremonies (Daily standup, Sprint planning, Retrospective)\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)\n3 to 5 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing (excluding internship if any)\nExperience as a Test Analyst / QA Analyst\nStrong understanding of STLC and Defect Life Cycle\nGood knowledge of manual testing processes and methodologies\nProficiency in SQL query writing for data validation\nKnowledge of Data Warehousing concepts\nStar schema / Snowflake schema\nFact tables and Dimension tables\nData modeling basics\nData validation and reconciliation techniques\nBasic understanding of ETL process and data pipeline testing\nFamiliarity in using any of the AI tools such as Claude, OpenAI, and Microsoft Copilot.\nFamiliarity with defect tracking tools: JIRA / Azure DevOps / Bugzilla\nKnowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology\nStrong analytical and communication skills\nGood
