The ideal candidate is passionate about Cloud Native technologies, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, AI-assisted software delivery, and modern DevOps practices.\nYou will work closely with Cloud Infrastructure, Development, Security, and Product Engineering teams to deliver self-service platforms, automate software delivery, improve observability, and integrate AI-powered capabilities into the software development lifecycle.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, build, and manage cloud-native infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.\nBuild and maintain Kubernetes platforms (AKS) with high availability and scalability.\nDevelop reusable Infrastructure as Code modules using Terraform, Bicep, or similar tools.\nImplement GitOps workflows using ArgoCD/ FluxCD for automated application deployments.\nBuild and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or equivalent platforms.\nIntegrate AI-powered developer tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Claude) to improve engineering productivity.\nDesign self-service developer capabilities through Internal Developer Platforms (IDP) and Backstage or similar frameworks.\nImplement observability/ monitoring solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Fluent-bit, Datadog or Azure Monitor.\nAutomate operational tasks using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or Go.\nImplement DevSecOps practices, including code scanning, container security, secrets management, and policy enforcement.\nImprove cloud cost efficiency through FinOps best practices.\nParticipate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement.\nCollaborate with engineering teams to establish platform standards, reusable templates, and automation frameworks.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n3-5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps/SRE, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure.\nStrong experience with Azure cloud services, especially AKS, Azure DevOps, Azure Monitor, and Entra ID.\nHands-on exposure to AIOps tooling: anomaly detection, predictive alerting, AI-assisted root-cause analysis\nDevSecOps practice: pipeline-embedded vulnerability scanning, secrets management, policy-as-code\nHands-on expertise with Kubernetes and containerization technologies.\nStrong Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform or Bicep.\nExperience implementing GitOps using ArgoCD or Rancher.\nProficiency in scripting using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.\nExperience with CI/CD pipeline design and optimization.\nKnowledge of observability tools and distributed tracing.\nFamiliarity with DevSecOps tools such as SonarQube, Trivy, Snyk, or Veracode.\nStrong troubleshooting and automation skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExposure to Platform Engineering concepts and Internal Developer Platforms.\nWorking knowledge of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft
