use AI summarization tools to rapidly synthesize documentation and user stories.\nMentor and assist other developers in effectively and responsibly integrating AI coding assistants into their workflows.\nOwn developer testing for assigned projects; use AI-powered test generation tools to achieve high coverage while reducing manual test-writing effort.\nResolve technical issues in new and existing code through systematic debugging; apply AI-assisted root cause analysis to accelerate issue resolution.\nDevelop and maintain documentation for development procedures, standards, and design using AI writing assistants to improve consistency and clarity.\nWhen required, analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex production issues from client environments.\nDatabase: Oracle 19c and MS SQL.\nGit is our current source code repository, and we are utilizing Apache Maven as our build tool and Jenkins for Continuous Integration.\nSkills:\nProven experience developing enterprise Java applications;
