Delivery.\nEnsure Financial and Time Tracking is implemented to track Budget Guidelines and QSR's.\nDevelopment\nOversee the development and maintenance of enterprise-level applications.\nEnsure code quality, application performance, and scalability.\nAddress technical challenges and provide hands-on guidance when needed.\nLead team adoption of AI coding assistants (Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate feature delivery and reduce manual effort.\nDrive AI-assisted migration of legacy code to modern Java or .NET.\nIntegrate AI-assisted development workflows into the team's SDLC.\nProject Management\nPlan, prioritize, and manage development tasks to meet project deadlines and business goals.\nCollaborate with product managers to define requirements and deliverables.\nTrack project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.\nBackend Integration\nCollaborate between the Batch Backend Team and frontend Java teams to ensure seamless integration between the parking enforcement application and backend batch services.\nUnderstand backend APIs and contribute to the overall system architecture and future improvements in processing tickets\nQuality Assurance\nWork with QA teams to establish robust testing strategies and ensure bug-free releases.\nChampion AI-generated test case coverage to supplement manual QA efforts.\nSupport the team in development tools, trends, and AI capabilities to improve team output.\nRequired Skills and qualifications\nHands-on experience using Microsoft Copilot, Claude Code or Chat GPT for augmented coding and DevOps workflows.\nProficiency with Java development/coding.\nAbility to work with, and enhance existing code base (Java, .NET, VB).\nProficiency with modern Coding Standards.\nKnowledge of
