Think of us as the the infrastructure behind how the patients get the medications.\nTrellis is a spinout from Stanford AI Lab and is backed by leading investors including YC, General Catalyst, Telesoft Partners, and executives at Google and Salesforce.\nThe Role\nWe're hiring a GTM Engineer to build the AI-powered engine that fills our sales pipeline. You'll own prospecting and pipeline generation, and the automation, data, and workflows that make them scale.\nYou'll work directly with our founders, GTM lead, and Account Executives. We sell to specialty pharmacies, infusion centers, provider groups (oncology, neurology, rheumatology, dermatology), and health systems. Your job is to find the right accounts and people in each segment, reach them with the right message at the right time, and hand AEs qualified meetings.\nCompensation: The pay range listed is on-target earnings (OTE).\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild the prospecting engine: Use Clay, enrichment APIs, and LLMs to build target account and contact lists by segment, specialty drug spend, EMR, and tech stack\n\nAutomate outbound: Design and run AI-personalized campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone that book meetings with operations, revenue cycle, and pharmacy leaders\n\nGenerate pipeline directly: Own a meetings and pipeline target, and run outreach yourself, not just the systems behind it\n\nCatch buying signals: Set up triggers for job changes, acquisitions, new sites, and web visits so we reach accounts at the right moment\n\nOwn the GTM stack: Keep HubSpot clean and trustworthy, from pipeline stages to deal data, and connect it to the rest of our tools\n\nBuild tools that help us sell: Ship internal AI agents, ROI calculators, and workflows that cut manual work for AEs and speed up deals\n\nMeasure and iterate: Build dashboards for pipeline, conversion, and channel performance; run experiments on messaging and segments, then double down on what works\n\nAbout You\nYou're a builder who happens to love sales. When you see a repetitive task, you automate it. When a campaign underperforms, you dig into the data and fix it.\nYou're as comfortable writing a prompt or a Python script as you are writing a cold email, and you care about results: meetings booked and pipeline created, not workflows shipped.\nWhat You'll Bring\n2+ years in GTM engineering, growth, sales or revenue operations, or a BDR/SDR role with heavy tooling\nHands-on experience with Clay or similar enrichment and automation tools, plus a CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce)\nExperience using LLMs to research accounts, personalize outreach, or automate workflows\nA track record of generating pipeline you can point to with numbers\nTechnical comfort: APIs, webhooks, and SQL; Scripting is a plus\nClear, sharp writing, especially for outbound copy\nHigh ownership and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving startup\nHealthcare or health-tech experience is a plus\nWhy Work With Us\nReal impact at massive scale: We serve patients in all fifty states and are scaling to hundreds of healthcare locations.
