This position offers an excellent opportunity for an early-career finance professional to deepen their accounting expertise and contribute to efficient financial operations.\nAbout Role:\nThe position in accounts payable process requires the individual to process vendor invoices in the system “SAP”/Coupa after performing the due diligence in the system as per the check list.\nThe individual is required to have a high eye for details while performing the task.\nHe/She is required to have expertise in accounts payable invoice processing modules in SAP/Coupa. Prior experience of the 3 way match approach in Coupa/SAP will be an advantage.\nThe individual is required to manage the vendor queries as well internal management queries on invoice processing.\nHe/She may be required to have good knowledge about Excel resulting in preparing the weekly, Monthly and Yearly KPI reporting.\nEstablish and maintain effective relationships with internal/ external customers or business partners, purchasing, requesters, vendors, supply chain & etc.\nDriving site/global business process and system improvement to achieve productivity and efficiency.\nPoint of contact for queries from stakeholders on problematic invoices and complex issues, where some degree of judgment is required in resolving non-standard problems.\nIndependently and proactively analyze the root cause and develop recommendations.\nThe ideal candidate must demonstrate high attention to detail, be a collaborative team player, and show flexibility in undertaking various activities within the scope of accounts payable.\nAbout You:\nCandidate should possess a bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance and/or Business Administration with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.\nStrong attention to details and focus on accuracy.\nAbility to work independently.\nGood commitment to task and time management with the sense of urgency in completion of tasks assigned.\nGood communication skills and Proficiency in English.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications Excel, Word, PowerPoint.\nKnowledge of SAP/Coupa would be an added advantage.\nCompany Benefits and Perks:\nWe believe that the best solutions are developed by teams who embrace each other's unique experiences, skills, and abilities.
