Analyze production capacity, routing requirements, bottlenecks, and work center utilization to maximize throughput and productivity. Monitor and manage Work-in-Process (WIP) levels to support flow optimization and lead-time reduction.\nEstablish and maintain safety stock parameters, planning policies, inventory strategies, and MRP controls. Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions related to production delays, material shortages, planning deviations, and service performance issues.
