Cross-Functional Collaboration Operational Excellence Collaborate closely with Service Operations, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Sales teams to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.\nEnsure compliance with customer requirements, safety standards, and field service procedures during all service activities. Maintain service tools, testing equipment, documentation, and records in good working order. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer experience, field reliability, safety, and operational excellence.\nSupport development and implementation of service processes, procedures, and best practices. Contribute to the growth and development of HSP US's service organization and aftermarket capabilities. Travel Customer Engagement Travel frequently to customer sites across the United States and Canada based on business requirements.\nRepresent HSP US professionally during customer visits, inspections, outages, commissioning projects, and technical meetings. Build strong relationships with customers through responsive communication and technical expertise.
