This role will drive alignment between organizational OKRs, product roadmaps, and feature deliverables to ensure measurable business impact.\nRole and Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, test, and ship production-grade software across backend services and front-end applications.\n\nBuild and operate cloud-native solutions in AWS with a focus on reliability, scalability, and performance.\n\nDevelop and maintain backend services primarily in .NET/C#.\n\nContribute to front-end development, including component design and API integration.\n\nImplement and support CQRS patterns, separating command and query responsibilities where appropriate.\n\nLeverage AI-assisted coding tools (including Copilot CLI, Claude Code, Codex) to:\n\nAccelerate feature delivery\n\nRefactor and improve existing code\n\nGenerate and improve tests\n\nSupport documentation\n\nActively develop and manage agent-driven coding workflows, where multiple AI agents are used to build, test, and iterate on features in parallel\n\nContinuously refine code through AI feedback loops, using iterative prompting, validation, and improvement cycles.\n\nValidate and audit AI-generated code for accuracy, security, and maintainability, applying strong engineering judgment and testing discipline.\n\nEstablish and maintain guardrails, validation patterns, and review processes to ensure safe and reliable use of AI-generated output.\n\nContext switch effectively across multiple parallel workstreams and AI agents, maintaining clarity on feature ownership, dependencies, and outcomes\n\nCollaborate closely with Product, QA, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality outcomes.\n\nParticipate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.\n\nEnsure security, compliance, and quality considerations are embedded in every layer of the stack\n\nMentor and support other engineers as needed through pairing, feedback, and knowledge sharing.\n\nQualifications\nStrong experience building and maintaining production software systems.\n\nFull-stack development with strong backend (.NET/C#) and frontend (React) capabilities\n\nHands-on experience with relational and document databases at scale, including schema design, query optimization, and diagnosing performance issues in production.\n\nProficiency with AWS services (EC2/ECS/EKS, S3, IAM, Lambda, RDS/DynamoDB, etc.).\n\nDemonstrated, day-to-day use of AI-assisted coding tools to deliver real software-not just experimentation.\n\nAbility to clearly explain how you validate, test, and take ownership of code.\n\nStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.\n\nPreferred Skills\nExperience working in healthcare, fintech, or compliance-driven environments is a plus. \nMental and Physical Demands\nThis position will be exposed mainly to an indoor office environment and will be expected to work in or around computers and printers.\n\nThe nature of the work is sedentary, and the employee will be sitting most of the time.\n\nEssential physical functions of the job include typing and the repetitive motion to utilize computer software and hardware continuously throughout the day.\n\nEssential mental functions of this position include concentrating on analytical tasks, reading information, and verbal/written communication to others continuously throughout the day.\n\nRelated Duties As Assigned\nThis job description documents the general nature and level of work but is not intended to be a comprehensive list of activities, duties, or responsibilities required for this position.
