In this role, you will work closely with Channel leadership, Solutions Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Partner teams to strengthen our partner ecosystem, elevate partner technical capabilities, and drive joint customer success.\nAs a trusted technical advisor to our partners, including MSSPs, GSIs, VARs, and strategic resellers, you will shape how they position, demonstrate, and deploy the platform with their customers. You will serve as the technical bridge between partner needs and platform capabilities, driving scalable adoption, shared revenue growth, and long-term advocacy across the channel ecosystem.\nWe are looking for individuals who embody humility, hunger, and people-smart instincts. Successful candidates will bring energy into every interaction and excel at building trust with partner organizations.\nResponsibilities:\nServe as the primary technical advisor for strategic channel partners, enabling them to evaluate, position, sell, and support our cybersecurity platform.\n\nDevelop a deep understanding of partner business models, service offerings, and customer challenges to align platform capabilities with high-impact channel outcomes.\n\nDeliver impactful demos, presentations, and technical storytelling tailored to partner audiences, including SEs, practice leaders, and partner executives.\n\nBuild and maintain trusted relationships with MSSPs, GSIs, resellers, and distributors to accelerate joint revenue and expand market reach.\n\nRepresent the company as a technical evangelist at partner events, joint webinars, trainings, and channel-focused field engagements.\n\nDevelop high-quality channel enablement content references, including architectures, playbooks, demo flows, videos, workshops, and training assets to scale partner readiness.\n\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success to support channel-driven initiatives and ensure aligned execution.\n\nProvide insights to Product Management based on partner feedback, market needs, service-delivery gaps, and emerging cybersecurity trends.\n\nSupport partner-led Proof of Concepts (POCs), ensuring partners can independently display measurable technical and business value.\n\nMaintain deep knowledge of platform capabilities, competitive positioning, upcoming enhancements, and cybersecurity best practices relevant to the channel.\n\nTravel within the Canada for partner meetings, enablement sessions, joint customer engagements, and channel events.\n\nQualifications:\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity, AI, cloud, networking, systems engineering, or related fields.\n\n5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Channel Engineering, Partner Technical Enablement, or Technical Pre-Sales roles.\n\nProven experience working with MSSPs, GSIs, resellers, or other channel organizations.\n\nStrong understanding of public cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).\n\nBroad technical acumen across cybersecurity, cloud architecture, networking, AI, risk visibility, and IT modernization.\n\nExperience designing/architecting solutions in on-premises, hybrid, and cloud-native environments.\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills with experience training partner technical teams and executives.\n\nDemonstrated ability to deliver compelling demos and technical enablement programs.\n\nAbility to rapidly learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-evolving cybersecurity landscape.\n\nBonus Qualifications\nExperience in a fast-paced SaaS or cybersecurity startup ecosystem.\n\nFamiliarity with XDR, SIEM, CSPM, CNAPP, MDR, or modern security posture technologies.\n\nHands-on experience with API integrations, scripting, automation, or lightweight coding (Python, Bash, PowerShell).\n\nExperience building partner solution offerings, runbooks, or service blueprints.\n\nBackground in SOC operations, threat hunting, or incident response.\n\nKnowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC2, NIST, ISO 27001, PCI, HIPAA).\n\nStrong technical storytelling skills-able to simplify complex concepts for diverse partner audiences.\n\nPassion for mentoring, training, and scaling technical knowledge across large partner ecosystems.\n\nExperience applying AI/ML or LLM/agentic AI to cybersecurity workflows or partner service delivery.\n\nPreferred Certifications\nCISSP, CEH, CCSP, Security+, CySA+, CISM, CISA, or other ISACA certifications.\n\nAWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect, or GCP Professional Cloud Architect.\n\nKubernetes, DevOps, or Cloud Security specialization certifications.\n\nCompensation\nThe expected salary range for this position ranges from $180,000 to $230,000 CAD annually, based on experience and qualifications.\nDEI Commitment:\nNot meeting every single requirement?
