experience managing the full hiring lifecycle from intake to offer negotiation.\nStrong stakeholder management, communication, and influence skills.\nNative-level Japanese and intermediate English proficiency (mainly reading/writing).\nPractical experience using AI-driven tools in recruiting (e.g., sourcing copilots, resume screening, interview scheduling automation) to improve efficiency.\nHands-on employer branding experience, from planning through execution.\nNice-to-Have\nRecruiting experience for client-facing, GTM-related roles (e.g., Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing) in the software or SaaS industry.\nAgency recruitment experience.\nTrack record of closing hard-to-fill roles within deadlines.\nSelf-starter with the ability to identify bottlenecks and offer improvements in recruiting processes.\nHands-on experience operating Workday ATS.\nWorking knowledge of labor affairs
