and resource utilization\nAI-Powered Development & Tooling\nDesign and implement AI-native development workflows using tools like Copilot, Claude Code, Codex\nBuild AI agents and tools that accelerate software development\nDevelop APIs, SDKs, and automation tools powered by AI/LLM\nIntegrate AI capabilities into existing development pipelines\nAI Research & Innovation\nResearch and evaluate cutting-edge AI/LLM technologies\nDesign and execute proof-of-concepts (POCs)\nTroubleshoot and debug complex AI-related issues\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, or equivalent\n1+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning and AI development\nCore Technical Skills (Required)\nHands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning and optimization\nPractical experience using AI tools for software development (Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, or similar)\nProficiency in Python\nExperience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)\nUnderstanding of transformer architectures and LLM fine-tuning frameworks (HuggingFace, vLLM)\nStrong expertise in prompt engineering and AI agent development\nFamiliarity with Git and CI/CD processes\nPreferred Skills\nExperience in AI agent design and multi-agent systems\nExperience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB)\nKnowledge of RAG architectures and
