This helps us learn from our customers and build solutions that truly make a difference.\nAs a (Sr.) DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining robust backend services - contributing to CI/CD workflows, infrastructure-as-code, and DevSecOps practices across the software development lifecycle. You will also implement and maintain monitoring systems for product and service health checks, and join on-call rotations to triage and resolve customer-reported issues and service incidents.\nYour Mission\nLeverage AI-native development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) across every stage of the development lifecycle to deliver stable, high-quality output efficiently.\n\nIdentify toil, design and implement automation within the SaaS\n\nEnsure the service performance, availability and reliability of all servers, services and microservices within the SaaS; maintain a high SLA.\n\nProvide operational support and automation tools to application developers including deployments to staging and production environments\n\nHave a strong focus on security and compliance within a cloud environment\n\nHave a strong focus on metrics, measurement, and reporting on and improving service levels\n\nExceptional prioritization skills, including transparently communicating and justifying time investments\n\nBe passionate about cloud computing, site reliability, automation and technology\n\nResearch and implement new technologies and processes as they become available with the goal of learning and improving service quality and reducing costs\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nFamiliarity with AI-native development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and maintaining consistent AI configurations.\n\nEstablished a repeatable AI-native development workflow across every stage of the development lifecycle.\n\nFamiliarity with context engineering practices and leveraging or building agent tools (e.g., AI Agent Skills, MCP servers).\n\nAt least two years of experience designing and implementing software with high-level languages including Java / Python / bash script\n\nAt least two years of experience in cloud computing with a preference to AWS, Azure, or GCP Hands on experience of infrastructure, systems and application architecture in large scale, web-based applications\n\nExperience in developing infrastructure as code including technologies like Terraform and Serverless\n\nExperience in container solution (e.g., Docker/K8S)\n\nExperience with testing and managing high availability environments with execution of disaster recovery tests on a regular basis\n\nFamiliar with various cloud monitoring tools, performance monitoring and profiling tools\n\nUnderstanding of load testing, monitoring and performance management tools for every layer of the environment Strong customer service & customer focus with the ability to provide service to all levels of the organization\n\nExperience with at least one of CI/CD tools (e.g., Gitlab, Jenkins, GitHub Action etc).\n\nExtra Skills We Love\nExperience driving measurable team-level improvements through AI workflow standardization.\n\nExperience leveraging AI to redefine product capabilities and deliver measurable business impact.\n\nGood teamwork and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent cross-team collaboration/communication.\n\nAggressive working attitude and open mind.\n\nWilling to take challenges and take actions with agility.\n\nUnderstanding of secure coding practices and compliance adherence within a cloud environment including PCI, ISO27001 and SOC2.\n\nCulture Fit\nPassionate about AI and eager to share knowledge.\n\nEmbraces experimentation and continuous learning in a fast-evolving AI landscape.\n\nEveryone owns both development and testing -
