This helps us learn from our customers and build solutions that truly make a difference.\nAs a (Sr.) Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting high-quality software solutions. This role involves close collaboration with architects, project managers, developers, QA, and UI designers to develop products that satisfy customer needs, solve their problems, and achieve customer success.\nYour Mission\nLeverage AI-native development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) across every stage of the development lifecycle to deliver stable, high-quality output efficiently.\n\nCollaborate closely with stakeholders on requirement discussions, cross-team integration, and issue resolution.\n\nDeliver features through the full development lifecycle, including planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operation.\n\nCreate and execute test cases and scripts to validate software functionality, performance, reliability, and security.\n\nTroubleshoot and debug complex issues by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.\n\nAutomate and enhance development and release processes to improve efficiency and reliability.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience.\n\nFamiliarity with AI-native development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and maintaining consistent AI configurations.\n\nEstablished a repeatable AI-native development workflow across every stage of the development lifecycle.\n\nFamiliarity with context engineering practices and leveraging or building agent tools (e.g., AI Agent Skills, MCP servers).\n\nFamiliarity with Linux and ability to troubleshoot environment/system-related issues.\n\nFamiliarity with one of the programming languages (e.g. C/C++, Python, Golang)\n\nFamiliarity with one of the automation testing frameworks (e.g. Selenium, pytest and Robot Framework).\n\nFamiliarity with version control systems (e.g. Git) and CI/CD processes (e.g. GitHub Action)\n\nExtra Skills We Love\nExperience driving measurable team-level improvements through AI workflow standardization.\n\nExperience leveraging AI to redefine product capabilities and deliver measurable business impact.\n\nKnowledge in enterprise network environment, and cloud technology.\n\nExperience in scripts and container (e.g. Lua, bash, Docker).\n\nExperience in data insight (e.g. Azure Data Explorer)\n\nExperienced in developing and maintaining both user-mode DLLs and kernel-mode drivers.\n\nExperience in test management platforms (e.g.TestRail)\n\nAble to visualize design and test logic to improve test coverage and catch edge cases.\n\nCulture Fit\nPassionate about AI and eager to share knowledge.\n\nEmbraces experimentation and continuous learning in a fast-evolving AI landscape.\n\nEveryone owns both development and testing -
