全球雲端資安領航者 / 全亞洲最大軟體公司 / 企業版圖橫跨五大洲 / 趨勢全球研發基地在台灣\n===============================================================\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a Senior Director of AI Engineering to lead organization-wide AI and emerging technology transformation, define long-term technology strategy and direction, and translate strategic priorities into business impact through organizational planning, talent development, and cross-functional collaboration.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead AI and emerging technology transformation and breakthroughs by anticipating trends in AI, GenAI, and emerging technologies, defining an organization-wide AI and technology transformation roadmap, and ensuring technology direction is aligned with business strategy and operational goals.\nApply strategic thinking and market insights to anticipate industry, technology, and customer trends, develop long-term plans, and rapidly translate strategy into actionable initiatives and measurable outcomes.\nInspire internal and external stakeholders with a clear vision of AI and technology strategy, future opportunities, and business impact through compelling presentations, strategic communication, and effective collaboration across global teams.\nBuild and scale high-performing engineering leadership by managing multiple Engineering Managers, owning EM-level hiring, development, and performance, and systematically shifting the organization toward an AI-first engineering culture.\nPartner with Sr. Directors and VPs across Product, Research, Security, and Infrastructure to align priorities, allocate resources across initiatives, and lead high-complexity, cross-functional AI programs from strategy through delivery.\nEstablish AI engineering governance standards - including architecture decision frameworks, quality benchmarks, and risk management mechanisms - to ensure production AI systems meet reliability, security, and compliance requirements at scale.\nWhat We're Looking For\n15+ years of experience in software engineering or AI/ML-related fields, with 5+ years managing Engineering Managers (managing managers)\nProven track record of leading large-scale AI transformation, with clear examples of driving strategy from conception through organizational adoption\nStrategic clarity on GenAI and AI platform trends, with the ability to make sound investment and architecture decisions without requiring deep technical execution\nExperience managing engineering organizations across product lines or regions, with demonstrated ability to drive change and cultural transformation within an amoeba-style or fluid organizational structure\nStrong communication influence -
