In this role, you will partner closely with leaders across Solutions Engineering, Product, Channel, Marketing, and Customer Success to guide customers along their security journey while expanding the reach of our platform.\nAs a trusted technical advisor, you will influence outcomes across the entire customer lifecycle by retaining, expanding, and acquiring business through expert guidance, compelling demos, and strategic consultation. Successful candidates will bring energy into every interaction and thrive in front of customers.\nResponsibilities:\nServe as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers and prospects, guiding them through the evaluation, adoption, and expansion of our cybersecurity platform. \nDevelop a deep understanding of customer goals, challenges, and security requirements to align platform capabilities with meaningful outcomes. \nLead impactful demos, presentations, and technical storytelling that clearly articulate value and build confidence across technical and executive audiences. \nBuild and maintain trusted relationships with strategic partners to accelerate revenue and broaden market reach. \nRepresent the company as a thought leader at industry events, panels, webinars, and field engagements. \nDevelop high-quality enablement content demos, videos, architectural diagrams, training assets to support internal teams and partners. \nCollaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success to ensure aligned execution and exceptional customer experience. \nProvide product feedback and innovation insights to Product Management based on customer needs, technical gaps, and emerging market trends. \nLead and support Proof of Concepts (POCs) that demonstrate measurable technical and business value, ensuring alignment with stakeholder outcomes. \nMaintain deep knowledge of platform capabilities, including beta features, upcoming enhancements, and cybersecurity best practices. \nTravel within the U.S. for customer engagements, industry events, partner meetings, and strategic field initiatives. \nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity, AI, cloud, networking, systems engineering, or related technical fields. \n5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Pre-Sales roles. \nProven experience working with technical decision-makers and executives in enterprise environments. \nStrong understanding of public cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP). \nBroad technical acumen across cybersecurity, cloud architecture, networking, AI, risk visibility, and IT modernization. \nExperience designing/architecting solutions in on-premises, hybrid, and cloud-native environments. \nAbility to rapidly learn modern technologies and thrive in a fast-evolving cybersecurity landscape. \nExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including C-level executives. \nProven experience and passion for public speaking, live demos, and customer education. \nBonus Qualifications\nExperience working in fast-paced SaaS or cybersecurity startup environments. \nFamiliarity with XDR, SIEM, CSPM, CNAPP, or modern detection/security posture technologies. \nHands-on experience with API integrations, scripting, automation, or lightweight coding (Python, Bash, PowerShell). \nExperience delivering executive briefings, architecture workshops, or security maturity assessments. \nBackground in SOC operations, threat hunting, or incident response. \nExperience working with or enabling MSSPs, GSIs, or Channel Partners. \nKnowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC2, NIST, ISO 27001, PCI, HIPAA). \nStrong technical storytelling ability translating complex concepts into clear value for customers. \nEnthusiasm for mentoring, teaching, and knowledge sharing across internal teams. \nAI technology experience, such as applying AI/ML to cybersecurity workflows, leveraging LLMs or agentic AI for automation, or working with AI-driven detection and analytics systems. \nPreferred Certifications\nCISSP, CEH, CCSP, Security+, CySA+, CISM, CISA, or other ISACA certifications. \nAWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect, or GCP Professional Cloud Architect. \nKubernetes, DevOps, or Cloud Security specialization certifications. \nWhat Top Candidates Love About This Role\nHigh-impact visibility across customers, partners, and internal leadership. \nOpportunity to influence product direction through real customer insights. \nFrequent customer-facing engagements with both technical and executive audiences. \nWork with innovative cybersecurity and AI-powered technologies to shape the future of enterprise security. \nA collaborative, humble, hungry, and smart team culture that values innovation and customer outcomes. \nMission-driven work enabling customers to strengthen their security posture and achieve their goals using our platform. \nWhat We Offer You:\nYou're important to us.
