You will work directly with marketing, warehousing, and customer care to maintain listing quality, reduce stock issues, and speed up order handling. Your day-to-day will include listing updates, inventory checks, basic reporting, and small process improvements to lift overall shop performance.\nYour Growth & Impact\nDevelop hands-on marketplace experience by managing live product listings and learning seller centre tools for platforms like Shopee and Lazada.\nStrengthen analytical skills by tracking sales, stockouts, and fulfilment metrics to help the team make smarter operational choices.\nExpand your cross-functional network by coordinating with marketing, suppliers, and couriers to see how each step affects customer satisfaction.\nBuild process ownership by documenting workflows, creating checklists, and suggesting small changes that save time and reduce mistakes.\nImprove customer-facing confidence through occasional order coordination and returns handling so you understand how operations shape the customer experience.\nRequirements\nResponsibilities\nMarketplace Management\nMaintain and update live product listings on platforms like Shopee and Lazada with clear titles, descriptions and brand-compliant images.\nApply price updates and promotion settings during campaigns to keep listings accurate and eligible for deals.\nWork with marketing to add SEO-friendly keywords and improve listing discoverability and conversion.\nMonitor listing health and flag content or policy issues to reduce listing errors and returns.\nOperations & Fulfilment\nProcess daily orders, prepare packing slips and coordinate handover to courier partners to meet SLA targets.\nPerform routine inventory counts, reconcile stock discrepancies and update system SKUs to keep levels accurate.\nHandle returns and exchanges, liaise with customer care and suppliers to close order issues quickly.\nSupport new product onboarding by creating SKUs, uploading images and confirming listing readiness.\nData & Process Improvement\nCollect and maintain simple sales, stockout and fulfilment reports to highlight operational bottlenecks.\nDocument standard operating procedures and maintain checklists so routine tasks run reliably.\nSuggest small process changes that save time or reduce mistakes and help implement them with the team.\nSupport seasonal readiness checks and ad-hoc projects to keep the shop campaign-ready.\nRequirements\nQualifications & Experience\nFresh graduates or current students with little to no formal work experience who are eager to learn on the job.\nBasic understanding of e-commerce concepts such as listings, SKUs and order flow through coursework or personal projects.\nAvailability to work full-time for the internship period and adapt to operational schedules as needed.\nHard Skills & Knowledge\nFamiliarity with marketplace platforms and a willingness to learn platform-specific seller centres like Shopee and Lazada.\nComfortable using MS Excel or Google Sheets for simple tracking, basic formulas and small reports.\nExperience or quick aptitude for content entry, image uploads and basic CMS tasks.\nBasic data recording and reporting ability to produce daily or weekly status updates for the team.\nSoft Skills & Qualities\nStrong attention to detail so listings, prices and stock levels remain accurate and reliable.\nClear verbal and written communication to coordinate with suppliers, couriers and internal teams.\nPositive, curious attitude and openness to
