them.\n\nRequirements\nResponsibilities\nDocument Control\nOrganise and maintain physical and electronic filing systems for invoices, receipts, delivery notes, and bank slips.\nLabel, index, and archive documents so files are easy to retrieve during audits and monthly reviews.\nEnsure all source documents are date-stamped and matched to transaction records before routing to finance.\nBasic Accounting Tasks\nRecord basic transactions into accounting ledgers or entry-level software, including sales invoices and supplier bills.\nAssist with accounts payable and receivable tasks, such as verifying amounts and preparing payment vouchers.\nSupport month-end activities by preparing simple schedules and handing over organised source documents to accountants.\nPerform routine petty cash handling and reconcile small cash balances as required.\nCollaboration & Process Improvement\nCoordinate with store teams to collect daily sales paperwork and reconcile differences promptly.\nReport missing or unclear documentation and follow up to get corrected source files.\nSuggest small improvements to filing or data entry steps to reduce errors and speed up reporting.\nRequirements\nQualifications & Experience\nSecondary school certificate or diploma in accounting, business, or related field preferred.\nFresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of office exposure are welcome.\nNo strict prior accounting experience required, but familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles is an advantage.\nHard Skills & Knowledge\nBasic bookkeeping and data entry skills, including accurate numerical input and simple reconciliations.\nComfortable using Microsoft Excel for lists, simple formulas, and sorting data.\nFamiliarity with common small business accounting software such as MYOB or QuickBooks is useful but not mandatory.\nGood file management for both paper and electronic records, including basic scanning and PDF handling.\nSoft Skills & Qualities\nOrganised and detail oriented, with an eye for catching missing documents or amounts.\nClear communicator who can follow instructions and ask for clarification when needed.\nReliable and
