You will triage UI/UX issues, debug state management problems, monitor frontend performance, and ensure a seamless user experience across both applications.\n\nRoles and Responsibilities\n\nProduction support and incident management\n\n- Triage and resolve production UI issues across two React SPAs (React 18/19, Vite, MUI, Ant Design, Tailwind)\n\n- Debug state management issues in Redux Toolkit stores, RTK Query API slices, and TanStack React Query caches\n\n- Investigate routing failures in react-router-dom, including lazy-loaded route components and role-based route guards\n\n- Troubleshoot real-time communication issues (STOMP/SockJS and Socket.IO)\n\n- Debug API integration issues with Axios and RTK Query; coordinate with backend teams on contract mismatches\n\nMonitoring, alerting, and observability\n\n- Set up and maintain Grafana dashboards for frontend health metrics (build sizes, Lighthouse CI scores, error rates)\n\n- Configure alerts for frontend error spikes, API latency degradation, and WebSocket disconnection rates\n\n- Analyze browser console errors, network waterfall issues, and render performance bottlenecks\n\n- Monitor bundle size regressions using size-limit and rollup-plugin-visualizer\n\nBuild, CI/CD, and deployment\n\n- Support GitHub Actions CI pipelines: build checks, ESLint, Prettier, Playwright E2E tests, and Lighthouse CI performance budgets\n\n- Debug build failures in Vite/TypeScript/Tailwind toolchains; investigate dependency conflicts\n\n- Support Docker Compose deployments and Kubernetes manifests across dev, QA, UAT, and production\n\n- Manage private npm registry dependencies (@tresvista-analytics/shared-ui-library)\n\nTesting and quality\n\n- Maintain and extend E2E test suites with Playwright; investigate flaky tests and test environment issues\n\n- Support unit/integration testing with Vitest, Testing Library, and MSW (Mock Service Worker)\n\n- Validate cross-browser compatibility and responsive layout issues\n\nPrerequisites\n\n- 1 - 3 years in frontend support or development;
