systems.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nDesign, develop and maintain scalable backend services\n\nBuild and maintain REST APIs and event-driven systems\n\nDevelop third-party and B2B integrations\n\nWork with high-volume transactional systems\n\nDesign systems with high availability and fault tolerance in mind\n\nImprove backend performance, scalability and reliability\n\nImplement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms\n\nWrite clean, maintainable and well-tested code\n\nParticipate in architectural decisions and technical planning\n\nMonitor, troubleshoot and improve production systems\n\nCollaborate closely with frontend developers and the wider product team\n\nRequirements\n\n4+ years of professional backend development experience\n\nStrong experience with at least one of:\n\nGo\n\nNode.js / TypeScript\n\nJava\n\nC#\n\nStrong understanding of REST APIs and distributed systems\n\nExperience with PostgreSQL\n\nExperience with Redis\n\nExperience with Docker\n\nFamiliarity with message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ\n\nGood understanding of authentication, authorization and application security\n\nExperience building reliable, high-load backend systems\n\nGood problem-solving and debugging skills\n\nEnglish communication skills\n\nNice to Have\n\nPrevious experience in iGaming, betting, fintech or payment systems\n\nKubernetes experience\n\nMicroservices architecture experience\n\nTransaction processing and reconciliation systems\n\nExperience with observability, monitoring and logging infrastructure\n\nWhat We
