resolution efforts led by senior specialists.\n- Follow established service standards to deliver a consistent and positive customer experience.\nOperational Support\n- Complete assigned operational tasks related to receivables, disputes, and payment processing.\n- Review basic reports or dashboards to understand account activity and trends.\n- Maintain attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and compliance.\nSuccess Measures\n- Timely and accurate handling of assigned customer inquiries.\n- Demonstrated learning of TreviPay programs, tools, and processes.\n- Consistent adherence to service quality standards.\n- Positive customer feedback on professionalism and responsiveness.\nQualifications\n- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Support, Operations, or a related role.\n-Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience\nSkills\n- Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.\n- Willingness to learn financial and operational concepts.\n- Basic problem-solving and analytical abilities.\n- Ability to follow processes and work effectively within a
