The Project Manager combines disciplined program management with business analysis and change management to keep large, competing initiatives on track, manage risk, and ensure measurable business value is realized through process, technology, and organizational improvements. This role partners closely with Product, Technology, Data & Analytics, Finance, Customer Support, AR, Cash Management, Compliance, and Credit & Risk to drive modernization and continuous improvement across the enterprise.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nLead execution and delivery of large-scale, cross-functional transformation and process improvement projects sponsored by Operational Excellence leadership.\nTranslate sponsored strategic initiatives into detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resourcing plans.\nManage multiple large-scale initiatives concurrently, balancing and prioritizing competing timelines and stakeholder demands.\nMaintain project governance artifacts - RAID logs, status reports, and portfolio tracking - and proactively identify and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies.\nPartner with the Manager and Senior Manager, Operations Strategy & Transformation to shape business cases, success metrics, and delivery plans for originated initiatives.\nLead process design, mapping, and optimization work to support initiative execution, evaluating end-to-end operational impact.\nBuild KPIs, dashboards, business cases, and ROI analyses to track initiative progress and measure realized business value.\nAct as a change agent, facilitating stakeholder adoption of new processes, tools, and operating models through structured change management practices.\nPartner with IT and automation teams (AI, RPA, Data & Analytics) to implement technology-enabled process enhancements.\nPresent project status, risks, and outcomes to Governance and senior leadership on a defined cadence.\nPerform additional duties as assigned to support organizational goals.\nQualifications:\nCompetencies/Skills\nStrong project and program management skills; able to balance and prioritize multiple large-scale initiatives with competing priorities.\nProficiency with project management and process improvement frameworks (Microsoft Project, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, etc.).\nAdvanced data analysis skills; able to translate insights into actionable recommendations.\nExecutive-level communication, facilitation, and presentation skills; able to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.\nStrong stakeholder management and negotiation skills;
