This role will report to our Head of Marketing and will lead the full lifecycle of event planning and execution, including conferences, roadshows , clinic-hosted trials and larger-scale community and partner events. You will ensure every event expands brand awareness, drives qualified leads, and creates meaningful opportunities for families to experience Trexo firsthand.\nWhile the core of this role is hands-on event execution, partnership development, and lead generation, we are open to considering candidates at a Senior Manager level who bring substantial event marketing, healthcare, or medical device experience; in such cases, the title, scope, and base salary will be adjusted accordingly.\nThis is an existing vacancy as hybrid position, with an expectation of 3 days per week in the office in Mississauga. This role requires occasional travel within Canada and the US, as well as weekend work for scheduled events. Event dates are planned in advance as part of the event calendar.\nAbout you\nYou are a highly organized proactive event marketing professional. You thrive in fast-paced environments, can balance logistics with strategic marketing, and are comfortable building partnerships while ensuring flawless execution. You are both operationally strong and creatively driven, with the ability to maximize event impact through thoughtful promotion, strong relationship management, and performance tracking.\nWhat you'll do\nOwn the full cycle of event planning and execution for conferences, Trexo roadshows, clinic partnerships, trials, and larger events\n\nBuild and manage Trexo’s event calendar, including where, when, and how events are deployed for maximum market impact\n\nCoordinate all event logistics including scheduling, travel, setup, materials, and operational execution\n\nPartner with clinics, hospitals, and community organizations to secure event locations and build long-term hosting relationships\n\nCoordinate participant scheduling and management for Trexo device trials during events\n\nDevelop and execute promotional strategies to maximize attendance, awareness, and lead generation\n\nCollaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and leadership teams to align event goals with company growth objectives\n\nTrack event outcomes including attendance, lead quality, conversion, ROI, and strategic impact\n\nContinuously improve event strategy based on performance data and market opportunities\n\nRequired Skills\n5+ years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, field marketing, or similar roles\n\nProven success managing end-to-end events independently, including larger multi-stakeholder events\n\nStrong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail\n\nExperience building partnerships with external organizations such as clinics, healthcare providers, or community groups\n\nStrong promotional and marketing execution skills across digital and offline channels\n\nAbility to manage budgets, timelines, logistics, and ROI analysis\n\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills\n\nComfortable working cross-functionally in a growing, mission-driven organization\n\nWillingness to travel as needed for events\n\nNice to Have\nExperience managing website updates for event promotion\n\nGraphic design skills for brochures, promotional materials, and event collateral\n\nExperience with CRM systems, event analytics, or marketing automation tools\n\nBackground in healthcare, medical devices, rehabilitation, or pediatric-focused industries\n\nWork Authorization: Please note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship or support work authorization applications.
