This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret technical documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience with cable assembly, familiarity with relevant tools and equipment, and knowledge of the Epicor ERP system. \nThis role performs final assembly operations, including the installation of components, labeling, marking, hardware attachment, and product verification to ensure completed assemblies meet all workmanship and quality requirements. \nMinimum Qualifications \nEducation: \nHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus. \nExperience: \nExperience in cable assembly or a related field preferred \nKnowledge: \nAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. \nProficiency with tools such as heat guns and other finishing equipment. \nSkills: \nBasic computer skills: familiarity with an ERP system is a plus. \nStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. \nAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. \nJob Responsibilities \nApply markers to cable assemblies according to specifications. \nRead and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and work instructions to complete assigned tasks. \nUtilize tools such as heat guns and other specialized equipment for cable finishing. \nInspect completed assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements. \nMaintain accurate records of production tasks using the Epicor ERP system. \nFollow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace. \nCollaborate with team members and supervisors to address production challenges and improve processes. \nOther responsibilities, initiativesand ad-hoc projects as required. \nInternal and External Relationships \nPhysical Requirements \nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
