We can shorten your time to market, reduce engineering changes, and reduce your product development costs.\nMinimum Qualifications \nEducation:\nHigh school dipoma/GED is preferred.\nExperience:\nExperience in wire harness production, aerospace manufacturing, or a similar field is preferred.\nKnowledge:\nWorking knowledge of soldering, wire crimping and testing equipment is preferred.\nSkills:\nMust have strong written and verbal communication skills, and be able to read, comprehend and create written and verbal instruction in English.\nExcellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work well both individually and in a team setting, are required.\nJob Responsibilities\nParticipate in all aspects of production to ensure financial and customer requirements are met.\nDemonstrate outstanding abilities in conflict resolution, leadership presence, and organizational management.\nDevelop strategy to grow technically and manufacture harnesses with higher quality.\nDemonstrate ability to inspect and identify non-compliant products and processes.\nDevelop strategy to support team development and rate manufacturing environment.\nHandle any material types issued to production.\nTrack project completion timelines to support on time delivery.\nEnsure manufacturing tools and equipment function properly.\nCreate a safe work environment for production teams.\nOther responsibilities, initiatives and ad-hoc projects as required. \nInternal and External Relationships\nThis position will work closely with ICS's quality and engineering departments, along with other technicians.\nPhysical Requirements \nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
