We are seeking a Project Manager with 3+ years of experience to join the team. The Project Manager leads various projects, including hardware and wireless installations, in a fast-paced environment. Experience in Field Services is highly preferred. The PM executes the activities within the scope of the project and in accordance with the agreed upon plan to meet budget, schedule and performance standards. The PM must be experienced in cross-functional management relationships to ensure efficiency.\nEssential Functions\nDevelop project plans, including the schedule and the budget, scope, goals and deliverables\nDefine tasks and required resources for assigned projects\nDefine and assign roles for project team members\nCreate schedule and project timeline identifying goals, hold project meetings, and present status updates to management\nMonitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met and schedules and budgets are adhered to.\nMonitor onsite resources, internal and external, throughout project.\nMonitor costs throughout project, this includes real time review of costs of both internal TRG resources and subcontractors.\nReview and verify vendor and third-party technician invoices for accuracy and compliance\nEnsure billed hours and expenses are within scope and match service agreements\nCollaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies\nMaintain accurate records of service charges and payment documentation\nValidate charges against contractual terms and scope of work\nSupport audit processes related to vendor billing and invoicing\nIdentify and escalate billing issues or inconsistencies\nProvide reports on billing accuracy and cost analysis\nDocument, evaluate, and assess project results and presenting to management or clients as such.
