In this role, you’ll provide HR support across these regions, managing the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, and HR policies and practices. You’ll leverage modern HR systems, AI tools, and data-driven insights to drive efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance the employee experience. Working closely with the broader HR team, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution to support business objectives. \nKey Responsibilities \nHR Business Partnering & Management Support \nAct as a strategic partner to business leaders, coaching managers on people matters such as performance, development, and team dynamics \nTranslate business goals into practical people strategies and HR initiatives \nUse workforce data and insights to advise on headcount, engagement, retention, and organizational health \nGlobal Talent Management \nSupport talent processes across regions, including performance management, succession planning, and career development \nPartner with Talent Acquisition on hiring needs, onboarding, and internal mobility \nHelp managers identify and develop high performers and build skills across teams \nEmployee Relations \nServe as the first point of contact for employee concerns, handling investigations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and conflict resolution \nProvide clear, fair, and well-documented guidance to managers and employees \nMaintain compliant employee records and case documentation \nOrganizational Change & Workforce Planning \nSupport change initiatives such as restructures, role changes, and process improvements \nContribute to workforce planning, forecasting, and succession needs \nHelp managers and employees through transitions with clear communication and change-management support \nHR Policy & Employment Practices \nDevelop, update, and communicate HR policies and employment practices that comply with employment law across relevant jurisdictions \nAdvise on contracts, leave, compensation practices, and regulatory requirements \nRun HR audits and keep processes consistent and scalable \nHR Systems & AI Enablement \nUse ADP as the primary HRIS and payroll platform for employee data, reporting, and HR transactions, keeping data accurate and compliant \nSpot opportunities to improve HR processes with AI and automation, applying sound judgment on data privacy, bias, and responsible use \nProduce HR analytics and dashboards that give leadership actionable insight \nQualifications \nRequired \n5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a business partner, generalist, or HR manager role \nHands-on experience with employee relations, including investigations and conflict resolution \nWorking knowledge of employment law and HR best practices (and international or multi-jurisdiction exposure, ideally) \nExperience with an HRIS, ADP preferred \nStrong communication, coaching, and influencing skills, with the confidence to advise senior leaders \nSound judgment, discretion, and a high standard of confidentiality \nComfort with HR data and metrics, and an interest in applying AI tools to HR work \nPreferred \nExperience supporting global or multi-region teams \nExperience in change management or organizational design \nCIPD, SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, or equivalent certification \nBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field \nWhat Success Looks Like \nManagers see HR as a trusted, responsive partner \nEmployee relations issues are resolved fairly, quickly, and with strong documentation \nHR policies are current, compliant, and easy to follow \nHR processes are measurably faster or better thanks to AI and automation\nJoin TRG Screen and unlock your potential in an environment where innovation thrives, opportunities abound, and your contributions make a difference.
