bottlenecks and optimize system performance.\n\n- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation to ensure long-term system maintainability and knowledge sharing across the development team.\n\nRequired Skillset:\n\n- Demonstrated proficiency in developing and deploying complex customizations using AL, with a deep understanding of the Business Central and NAV architecture.\n\n- Strong analytical ability to map intricate business processes into ERP workflows, ensuring the solution supports long-term scalability.\n\n- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage client expectations effectively in a remote environment.\n\n- Proven track record of managing full-cycle ERP implementations, showing a high degree of self-discipline and accountability while working in a distributed, remote team.\n\n- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by
