By leveraging your deep technical expertise, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation, ensuring that our platform delivers a seamless, intuitive experience for end-users while directly contributing to the optimization of our organizational service delivery models.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Design and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and HRSD modules to automate manual processes and improve service delivery speed for internal and external stakeholders.\n\n- Develop custom applications and enhance existing features using the ServiceNow Service Portal Framework to provide a modern, user-centric interface that increases platform adoption.\n\n- Architect robust integrations between ServiceNow and third-party enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub to ensure seamless data flow and process synchronization across the IT landscape.\n\n- Perform complex troubleshooting, performance tuning, and platform upgrades to maintain high availability and system stability for global business operations.\n\n- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to uphold engineering standards, promote best practices, and ensure the long-term maintainability of the platform.\n\nRequired Skillset :\n\n- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and customizing ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD modules to meet complex enterprise business requirements.\n\n- Proven ability to build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using the Service Portal Framework, including deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.\n\n- Strong proficiency in designing and managing complex integrations, ensuring secure and efficient data exchange between ServiceNow and external enterprise ecosystems.\n\n- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and project managers.\n\n- A collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, effectively managing project timelines and deliverables in a fast-paced setting.\n\n- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 5 -
