SCCM features remote control, patch management, operating system deployment, network protection and other various services.\nThis temporary support staff will provide 365-day support for (SCCM, OS Deployments, Imaging, Citrix, Application Packaging and troubleshooting, Software Cataloging, Service Now integration, AD, OMS, Office 365, Azure, SailPoint, processes and procedures). MTA-IT supports 30,000 computers and Laptops. These are the most critical tools for infrastructure and for MTA-IT to meet its vison of delivering cost effective, reliable and best-in-class service to our users.\nMTA-IT will be utilizing these tools for the desktop and infrastructure programs, projects, support and upgrades.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\na. Back-end Infrastructure Management\nb. Active Directory / SCCM Related Management\nc. WSUS Administration\nd. Group Policy Management\ne. OSD\nf. Cloud Technologies; Azure, AWS\ng. VM Ware / Hyper-V\nh. Troubleshooting (Server, DB, Client, etc. issues)\ni. Database Management and Reporting\nj. Creation and Administration of SCCM Dashboard (Power BI)\nk. Assistance with Asset Inventory Licensing\nl. New/Future Technologies and Enhancements (Other System Center Products, SCOM, Power Management, Cloud, etc.)\nm. Server Patching\nn. Desktop Patching\no. AV Support and Updates\np. Review and Test All Patches (Staging/Prod)\nq. Manage third party Patch Management\nr. Deployments/State - Reporting\nDELIVERABLES & DUE DATES:\nDocuments detailing:\n1. Business Process Flows related to Applications, Windows OS’s, Workflows.\n2. End-User Engineering Requirements.\n3. Test Plans for Imaging, Labs, end-user experience.\n4. Test Cases/Scenarios for end-user experience\n5. Action Item Logs for the daily tasks and project milestones.\n6. Daily, Weekly, Monthly Status Reports.\nAll source files will be provided to the MTA.\nQUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:\n7+ years of consulting experience designing and delivering Microsoft infrastructure solutions Strong knowledge and experience with Windows Servers, Active Directory, Messaging Architectures, Systems Management with System Center, and Window 10 or Windows 11 desktop transformations.\nWindows Desktop Migration (Windows design/migrations, MDT, DDPS, MDOP, APP-V, OSD, and Application Packaging and Compatibility Assessment, Office Suite Migrations)\nActive Directory and PowerShell Scripting\nIntune\nAVD, Nerdio\nSystem Center Suite - SCCM\nExperience in engineering or architecture role on End User and Collaboration Technology including Microsoft Windows, SCCM, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Sharepoint, and MS TEAMS, Power BI.\nKnowledge of Desktop and Application Virtualization technologies such as VMWare View Workstation, and VMware ThinApp\nExperience with endpoint encryption software, such as Bitlocker and CrowdStrike\nExperience with 3rd party migration tools such as QMM (Quest/Dell Migration Manager)\nStrong understanding of network protocols/services and network infrastructures\nDetailed understanding of, and experience with, ITIL processes\nExcellent oral, written, presentation, and communication skills\nProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\nProficiency with Microsoft SharePoint current version\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Project current version\nExcellent inter-personal skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization\nStrong analytical and problem solving skills\nAbility to effectively prioritize and execute in a high-pressure environment\nAbility to independently set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
