Support development of process maps, business rules, use cases, requirements matrices, gap analyses, and other business analysis artifacts as appropriate.\nWork in close coordination with the Project Manager to plan and sequence business analysis activities, stakeholder engagement, requirements reviews, testing activities, and deliverables. \nCommunicate requirements status, unresolved decisions, dependencies, risks, and issues while supporting the Project Manager's responsibility for overall project coordination, governance, schedule, and escalation.\nProvide business analysis support across concurrent EHR initiatives, including new capabilities, system enhancements, workflow changes, patient-facing functionality, and other efforts affecting the agency's use of the EHR\nSkills/experience of the assigned staff:\nRequired\nMinimum of 3-5 years' experience as a business analyst. Preference given to experience in federal/state government, public health, healthcare, similar service-related business. \nRequired bachelor's degree in business administration, management, healthcare administration or related degree; Preferred master's degree in MBA or MHA.\nProfessional experience in business analysis, prioritization, requirements gathering sessions.\nExperience developing executive-level reports, process maps, workflow and SOP documentation, risk analysis.\nLean Six Sigma, project management, change management, business analysis, or related professional training or certification is preferred.\nAbout Us:\nSince 2000, Tri-Force Consulting Services (https://triforce-inc.com) has been an MBE/SDB certified IT Consulting\nfirm in the Philadelphia region.
