You will be assisting the senior management in managing the deal execution process such as due diligence, structuring, negotiating, legal documentation, etc. You will analyse portfolio impact for each potential transactionand preparing presentations investment reports for stakeholders’ approval.You will perform market analysis and research in Asia to assess opportunities and assist on the deal execution process.You will support in portfolio reporting and fund management for assets under management, assets under development and pipeline reportingas well as supporting the deal sourcing, divestment, joint venture and underwriting of real estate investment opportunities.\nRequirements:\nYou are degree qualified in Business, Accountancy, Real Estate, Engineering and have about at least 3 years of relevant work experience in the real estate on buy or sell side. You are resourceful and attentive to details.
