payments (not a collection position, inbound calls only)\nResearch customer complaints, concerns and payment history then correct or adjust records as needed\nAssist in monitoring escrow accounts for payment of taxes and insurance by mortgagor\nProcess payments\nPrepare payoffs\nDiscuss escrow analysis\nUpdate loan records as needed\nAssorted other duties as requested by Manager\nMinimum Qualifications:\nExperience: 1-2 years’ customer service in the finance/mortgage industry, Escrow account knowledge\nSkills: MSP/Black Knight (preferred), MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, Able to navigate across network, Windows PC proficient\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers\nProfessional and welcoming phone etiquette required\nMust be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service\nAbility to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices\nMust be responsible and reliable\nHigh school diploma or GED required\nBilingual (preferably Spanish)\nPrior customer service/telemarketing experience preferred\nPhysical Demand:\nAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.\nAbility to maintain regular, punctual
