This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned dealerships, helping dealers structure finance opportunities, understand Source One's lending programs, and ultimately increase funded loan volume.\nSuccess is measured by booked deals, dealer engagement, portfolio growth, Look-to-Book performance, and dealer satisfaction-not simply call volume.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nDealer Relationship Management\nManage a portfolio of assigned dealerships\nDevelop relationships with F&I Managers, Sales Managers and Dealer Principals\nBecome the first call for financing questions and deal structuring\nMaintain regular contact with every assigned dealer\nConduct dealer onboarding and product training\nPromote Source One programs, promotions and lending enhancements\nBusiness Development\nIncrease applications and booked loans from existing dealers\nRe-engage inactive dealerships\nProspect new dealers assigned by management\nIdentify opportunities to capture additional market share\nExecute monthly sales campaigns and dealer contests\nDeal Structuring\nReview applications with dealers\nHelp structure difficult transactions before submission\nWork closely with Underwriting to find a path forward whenever possible\nCommunicate approvals, stipulations and funding requirements quickly\nEducate dealers on maximizing approval odds\nSales Activity\nDaily activities include:\nOutbound dealer calls\nFollow-up on pending approvals\nReview and follow-up on turndowns\nRe-engagement of inactive dealers\nCRM documentation\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\nPerformance will be evaluated using:\nProduction\nMonthly Booked Deals\nFunded Loan Volume\nDealer Growth\nApplications Submitted\nLook-to-Book %\nApplication-to-Funding %\nDealer Engagement\nActive Dealers Contacted\nDealers Submitted\nDealers Funding\nNew Dealer Activations\nDealer Retention\nDealer Satisfaction\nSales Discipline\nDaily outbound activity\nFollow-up completion\nCRM documentation\nResponse time\nDealer issue resolution\nRequired Skills\nStrong communication skills\nRelationship builder\nSelf-motivated\nOrganized\nComfortable discussing financing\nAbility to manage multiple dealers simultaneously\nProfessional phone presence\nStrong follow-up habits\nProblem solving mindset\nWhat Success Looks Like\nA successful Inside Sales Representative:\nIs the dealer's first phone call\nUnderstands Source One programs inside and out\nHelps dealers structure approvals before submission if necessary\nBuilds long-term dealer relationships\nCommunicates proactively\nThinks like a business partner-not an order taker\nConsistently grows booked loan volume\nCore Behaviors\nEvery Inside Sales Representative should embody Source One's values:\nRelationships First -
