Par vakanci:Mēs meklējam IT projektu vadītāju, kurš/-a nodrošinās uzņēmuma jauno IT projektu veiksmīgu ieviešanu un realizāciju, uzraudzīs sistēmu darbību, pilnveidos procesus un būs nozīmīgs atbalsts gan IT sistēmu lietotājiem, gan komandai.Darba pienākumu apraksts
  • Vadīt IT projektus no idejas līdz ieviešanai
  • Koordinēt programmatūras izstrādi, testēšanu un ieviešanu
  • Izzināt pasūtītāju vajadzības un definēt prasības
  • Uzraudzīt sistēmu darbību un sniegt atbalstu lietotājiem
  • Dokumentēt procesus un uzlabot IT risinājumus
Prasmes, kas noderēs:
  • Vismaz 2-3 gadu pieredze IT projektu vadītāja vai līdzīgā amatā
  • Izpratne par IT un programmatūras izstrādes procesiem
  • Par priekšrocību tiks uzskatītas vispārīgas finanšu vadības/grāmatvedības zināšanas
  • Labas komunikācijas un organizatoriskās prasmes
  • Pieredze IT projektu dokumentēšanā un virzībā
  • Proaktīva attieksme un mērķtiecīgs raksturs rezultātu sasniegšanai
  • Izcilas latviešu valodas zināšanas, labas angļu valodas zināšānas saziņai ar ārvalstu klientiem
