Brand & Market Positioning\nDefine and maintain company brand identity and tone of voice.\nBuild awareness in the tech market and maintain consistency across channels.\nMonitor competitors’ marketing efforts and identify opportunities.\nB. Marketing Strategy & Execution\nDevelop a marketing strategy aligned with company OGSM.\nPlan, execute, and track marketing campaigns (digital, social, product promotion, events).\nManage marketing roadmap, priorities, and budget.\nC. Digital & Social Media\nGrow social media presence: posts, reels, product stories, tech culture content.\nOptimize content performance (reach, engagement, conversion).\nPromote product highlights, innovations, and achievements through creative campaigns.\nD. Events & Tech Community Presence\nIdentify relevant tech events, conferences, and meetups.\nRepresent the company and ensure a professional, consistent brand presence.\nGenerate leads and networking opportunities from events.\nE. Lead Generation\nExecute campaigns to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).\nCollaborate with business teams to ensure quality of leads and conversions.\nOptimize campaigns based on performance metrics.\nF. Team Leadership & Development\nLead and coach the marketing team\nCreate IDPs (Individual Development Plans) for all team members.\nConduct regular team check-ins, performance reviews, and skill development sessions.\nFoster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nG. Culture, Employer Branding & Internal Engagement (with HR)\nPromote company culture internally and externally via social media, campaigns, and events.\nCollaborate with HR on employer branding initiatives:\nEmployee storytelling (spotlights, achievements).\nRecruitment campaigns and career opportunities.\nInternal communications supporting engagement.\nSupport internal events and employee engagement initiatives:\nPromote outings, team-building events, hackathons, recognition programs.\nIncrease participation and awareness of company initiatives.\nCapture event highlights for internal and external storytelling.\nH.
