5 years in AWS Cloud Migration & Modernization or digital transformation projects.\n\n- Experience leading large engagements with 60+ headcount.\n\n- Good understanding of 7-R migration/modernization strategies.\n\n- Good understanding of application modernization approaches, including microservices, DevOps, and containerization.\n\n- Experience delivering .Net / Java / Database / Analytics modernization programs at large enterprise customers.\n\n- Good familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS mandatory, Azure, GCP) and cloud migration methodologies.\n\n- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams across geographies.\n\n- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, problem solving & conflict resolution skills.\n\n- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications are a plus.\n\nRequired Skills : \n\n- 15+ years of experience in Delivery Management, with at least 3 -
