As a successful candidate you have a profound understanding of effective teaching practices and are capable of designing your lessons in a motivating way. You should be capable of teaching children with different English levels within the same class.\n Responsibilities:\n Plan and deliver engaging ICT lessons for primary and secondary students\n Prepare students for IGCSE ICT examinations\n Design and implement lesson plans aligned with the British National curriculum\n Integrate hands-on learning opportunities using modern ICT tools and techniques\n Foster a collaborative and innovative classroom environment\n Using different teaching methods, including project-based learning, whole class, group work, independent research, demonstrations, experiments and play, to motivate and encourage interaction in the class\n Stay updated with the latest developments in ICT education and technology trends\n Maintain open communication with parents and guardians through regular updates, meetings and reports on children’s progress and well being\n Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide constructive feedback\n Adhere to school policies regarding discipline, safeguarding and health and safety\n Requirements:\n Proven experience as an ICT/Computer Science Teacher (preferably in the international school) \n Approval by or application number of the Cyprus council of Recognition of Qualifications (KYSATS)\n Ability to teach primary ICT up to and including IGCSE\n Familiarity with the British National curriculum and IGCSE examination standards\n Strong technical knowledge in ICT concepts, programming, and hardware/software systems\n Excellent classroom management and organizational skills\n Strong interpersonal and communication skills\n High communication skill in English \n Conditions:\n Official employment in accordance with Cyprus employment legislation\n 5/2, Monday to Friday, from 07:45 to 16:00\n Salary
