This isn't a traditional recruiting role - you'll be working at the intersection of recruiting, operations, and product, using Tribe's own AI-powered tooling to source and qualify candidates while shaping how that tooling evolves.\nYou'll own the full candidate experience: from building outbound pipelines to interviewing for role fit, to keeping hiring managers closely aligned throughout. If you're energized by fast-moving environments, love talking to people, and want your work to directly shape how AI gets built in the world's most impactful companies, this role is for you.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nRecruiting & Candidate Experience\nSource, qualify, and interview candidates for our open roles, primarily in engineering and AI\n\nAssess candidates for technical background and culture alignment before passing them to hiring managers\n\nStay in close communication with hiring managers, leading weekly pipeline reviews to keep searches on track\n\nOperations & Product\nUse Tribe's AI-powered platform to build outbound lead lists, manage pipelines, and qualify inbound candidates\n\nAct as an internal product partner - surface friction, flag bugs, and advocate for improvements directly with the engineering team\n\nWork with our Head of Talent to identify opportunities to automate and streamline the recruiting funnel\n\nTeam Collaboration\nShare candidates and best practices across the Recruiting team\n\nHelp build the playbooks and processes that keep operations running smoothly as we scale\n\nAbout You\n5+ years of work experience, ideally at fast-paced technology startups\n\n2+ years in a customer- or candidate-facing role\n\nStrong communicator who loves meeting people and never misses a follow-up\n\nOperationally sharp - you build systems, keep tidy to-do lists, and create order in ambiguous environments\n\nCurious and creative; comfortable working autonomously when the path isn't fully defined\n\nGenuine interest in AI and how it's reshaping recruiting and knowledge work\n\nBased in Lisbon, PT and excited to work from the office Tuesday through Thursday\n\nWhy Join Us\nImpact: Your placements directly enable the AI transformations we're delivering for Fortune 500 enterprises\n\nProduct access: Work with and shape AI recruiting tooling that most recruiters won't see for years\n\nVariety: Source across engineering, product, and more.
