Title: Sr. Salesforce Technical Lead\nLocation: Remote\n\nRole Overview:\nWe are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with 8–10 years of hands-on Salesforce experience to lead the technical design, development, integration, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions.\n\nThe ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on technical leader who can independently own technical deliverables, guide development teams, work closely with architects and business stakeholders, and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with Salesforce best practices.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions based on business and functional requirements.\nTranslate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce technical solutions.\nProvide technical leadership and day-to-day guidance to Salesforce developers and implementation teams.\nDesign and develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Salesforce configuration.\nLead integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns.\nPartner with Solution and Technical Architects to define architecture and implementation approaches.\nConduct technical design and code reviews to ensure quality, security, scalability, and maintainability.\nIdentify opportunities to leverage Salesforce standard functionality and minimize unnecessary customization.\nEnsure adherence to Salesforce best practices, including governor-limit management, security, sharing, performance, and data architecture.\nLead troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical, integration, and production issues.\nSupport deployment, release management, CI/CD, and Salesforce DevOps processes.\nParticipate in client and stakeholder discussions and communicate technical concepts and recommendations effectively.\nMentor Salesforce developers and establish development standards, reusable components, frameworks, and best practices.\nEvaluate and incorporate emerging Salesforce capabilities, including Data Cloud/Data 360, Agentforce, and Salesforce AI where appropriate.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n8–10 years of Salesforce development and implementation experience.\nStrong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Flows, Triggers, and Salesforce configuration.\nStrong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, security, sharing, governor limits, and platform limitations.\nExperience designing and implementing enterprise Salesforce solutions across one or more Salesforce Clouds.\nStrong hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations and API-based solutions, including REST and SOAP.\nExperience with asynchronous processing, Platform Events, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and integration patterns.\nStrong understanding of Salesforce security, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, roles, and field-level security.\nExperience with Salesforce deployment and DevOps practices, including Git, Salesforce CLI, CI/CD, and release management.\nStrong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and data migration concepts.\nDemonstrated experience performing technical design reviews and code reviews.\nAbility to troubleshoot complex technical, integration, and performance issues.\nExperience leading and mentoring Salesforce development teams.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.\nAbility to independently own technical deliverables and provide technical direction throughout the development lifecycle.\nGood to Have\nExperience with Salesforce Data Cloud/Data 360.\nExperience with Agentforce and Salesforce AI capabilities.\nExperience with Experience Cloud and complex customer- or partner-facing solutions.\nExperience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.\nExperience with enterprise middleware and integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar technologies.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum delivery
