Your mission is to ensure customers receive an exceptional experience during the Renewal phase of their journey with Tricentis, while achieving company retention targets.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nCollaborate closely with Customer Success Managers, Account Managers, and Partners to understand client needs and develop renewal strategies based on data-driven insights in alignment with company initiatives.\nAssist with identifying and closing growth opportunities with success leveraging cross-functional teams.\nProvide management insights into renewal activities and engage them as needed to drive success.\nAddress customer requirements and challenges, demonstrating strong account management skills to ensure timely renewals.\nDevelop and execute negotiation strategies for contract renewals, optimizing terms and building trust with customers.\nWork with internal stakeholders across various departments to develop comprehensive renewal strategies, utilizing tools such as Asana, Power BI, and Salesforce.\nAdhere to internal processes and best practices in Opportunity forecasting, Data quality, and salesforce hygiene.\nMaintain a forecast of renewals within your territory, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.\nParticipate actively in strategic account planning, focusing on public sector clients.\nREQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:\n3-5+ years of renewals, account management, or customer success experience\nExperience with the channel, distributors, and partner ecosystem. \nProven success in contract renewals, with a focus on negotiating terms.\nStrong negotiation skills, particularly at the executive level.\nExperience managing complex, multi-year contracts.\nProficiency in process management, financial analysis, and policy adherence.\nFamiliarity with tools such as Asana, Power BI, and Salesforce.\nExcellent customer management skills and ability to engage in strategic conversations.\nAdaptability to changing priorities and organizational policies.\nPrevious experience working with public sector accounts is essential.\nWHAT YOU’LL GET:\nMarket competitive salary + success-oriented bonus.\nDay 1 HMO coverage with 3 free dependents.\nHybrid work arrangement (3x Onsite, 2x WFH)\nWork with the market leader in model-based automation testing.\nSupportive and engaged leadership team.\nOUR CORE VALUES:\nAt Tricentis, we strive for success while inspiring those around us by knowing what we need to achieve and how we’ll achieve it.
