Key Responsibilities

• Communicate proactively with prospective students through phone, email, and social media.
• Conduct interviews to understand students’ goals and recommend appropriate programs.
• Provide detailed information on admissions processes, program offerings, and financial aid options.
• Assist students with enrollment paperwork and ensure compliance with admission requirements.
• Manage prospective student records and track progress through the admissions funnel.
• Coordinate with Financial Aid and other departments to facilitate student support.
• Participate in outreach activities, including recruitment events and community partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local high schools and community organizations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or admissions-related roles preferred.

• Knowledge of or interest in the beauty industry is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable using technology and CRM software.
• Ability to connect with diverse individuals and build lasting relationships.
• Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach.
