Your role here
From Day 1, you play a key role by ensuring that all goods are shipped or collected efficiently and cost-effectively. You will be responsible for ensuring that the customer’s delivery expectations are met, documentation is prepared to a high level of accuracy, and that company efficiencies are maintained.
Your experience and background
Ensuring that goods have been collected and shipped as expected.
Communicating the relevant information to customers when goods are ready for collection.
Negotiating improved prices for larger loads or regular business.
Helping, supporting and covering the role of other Logistics Team members in the following
Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Understanding of ERP system integration with outside software models (TMS)
