Check us out at: Who is Craft Beverage Warehouse? - YouTube\nYour role here\nAs a Supply Chain Manager, you will lead procurement, materials planning, inventory management, and supplier performance to help ensure packaging materials are available in the right quantity, quality, cost, and time. You will support our production facilities and high-volume customer orders fulfilled directly by suppliers. Working closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, you will anticipate supply needs and risks, maintain appropriate inventory levels, and help support reliable customer fulfillment.\nIn this role, you will:\nDevelop and maintain material forecasts using customer demand, sales forecasts, production schedules, historical usage, supplier lead times, and inventory levels.\nTurn production schedules and customer requirements into purchasing plans across multiple facilities and supplier-direct fulfillment programs.\nManage purchasing activities for production materials and non-manufactured packaging products.\nWork directly with customers to support purchasing, forecasting, material availability, and logistics coordination.\nNegotiate supplier pricing, payment terms, lead times, freight arrangements, service expectations, and other commercial terms.\nEvaluate supplier options and manage supplier performance, including coordinating corrective actions when needed.\nIdentify and communicate supply risks before they affect production schedules or customer commitments, and coordinate solutions.\nProvide clear reporting on material availability, inventory health, supplier performance, forecast accuracy, cost trends, and procurement priorities.\nYour experience and background\nExperience in supply chain, procurement, materials planning, inventory management, or a related area.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound commercial judgment.\nExperience working with suppliers and negotiating commercial terms.\nStrong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to lead multiple priorities.\nClear communication and relationship-building skills for working with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.\nAbility to anticipate supply challenges and take a practical, solutions-focused approach.\nComfortable using data to support forecasting, purchasing, inventory, and supply chain decisions.\nA collaborative and hands-on approach to getting work done.\nBachelor's Degree is preferred with a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, packaging, manufacturing, or related industries.\nWhat you can expect from us\nBecause we’re a well-known and respected leader in packaging, we have many opportunities here.
