We believe great ideas can come from anywhere, and we empower employees to take ownership, keep learning, embrace innovation, and make an impact.\nIf you’re looking for a place where your ideas are valued, your growth is supported, and your work truly matters, we’d love to meet you.\nSuccess is measured by delivering projects on time and on budget, maintaining accurate forecasts and process compliance, providing a consistent customer experience, and proactively managing the backlog to keep work ready for efficient execution.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead projects from purchase order through closeout, managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, and deliverables.\nCreate project plans and coordinate priorities across Engineering, customers, vendors, and project teams.\nKeep projects moving by managing the backlog, resolving roadblocks, and addressing risks.\nServe as a key customer contact, providing updates and ensuring expectations are aligned.\nMonitor project financials, including budgets, costs, margins, forecasts, and variances.\nManage scope changes and change orders.\nEnsure project documentation, reporting, and closeout requirements are completed.\nConduct project postmortems and lessons learned to improve project execution, communication, documentation, tools, reporting, and team effectiveness.\nSupport Sales and Engineering during project transitions and customer handoffs.\nOther duties as assigned\nThere is a 2 day in-office requirement located in Racine, WI\nRequirements\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Automation Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.\n3+ years of project management, project coordination, engineering, automation, manufacturing, or technical project execution required. \nExperience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, customer communication, documentation and cross-functional deliverables. \nPreferred Qualifications\n5+ years of project management experience in industrial automation, controls engineering, systems integration, manufacturing, or food and beverage production environments. \nExperience managing customer-facing projects involving engineering, automation, equipment, controls, software, or technical deliverables. \nExperience with project financial management, forecasting, budget tracking, margin protection, and change order management. \nPMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certification. \nWorking knowledge of food and beverage manufacturing processes, plant environments, sanitation requirements, and customer readiness considerations.\n.Skills & Competencies\nStrong project management, organization, and prioritization skills.\nSelf-directed with strong accountability and follow-through.\nEffective communicator with strong collaboration, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage project risks, financials, scope changes, and stakeholder expectations.\nExperience coordinating cross-functional technical teams.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and related project/business systems.\nEqual Employment Opportunity Statement\nTriCore is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
