We are looking for a developer with strong experience building enterprise-grade ERP systems , designing scalable backend services, and working with microservices architecture .\n\nQualifications, Skills and Experience:\n\nAt least 3 years of professional experience in backend development.\n\nAt least 3 years of hands-on experience developing ERP or enterprise business management systems.\n\nStrong practical experience with Microservices Architecture and distributed systems.\n\nStrong knowledge of Python and Django.\n\nWorking knowledge of Java and Java-based backend development.\n\nGood understanding of RESTful APIs, API integration, authentication, and backend security.\n\nStrong knowledge of database design, SQL, data modelling, and performance optimisation.\n\nGood understanding of SDLC and software development best practices.\n\nExperience with Git/GitHub and collaborative development workflows.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\n\nAbility to write clean, maintainable, scalable, and production-ready code.\n\nERP Development Experience\n\nCandidates must have at least 3 years of experience developing ERP systems or complex enterprise applications.\n\nExperience in areas such as the following will be relevant\n\nFinance & Accounting\n\nProcurement\n\nInventory & Warehousing\n\nHuman Resource Management\n\nSales & Customer Management\n\nReporting & Business Intelligence\n\nWorkflow and approval systems\n\nDocument and records management\n\nRole-based access control\n\nMicroservices Experience\n\nCandidates should have practical experience with microservices architecture , including Designing and developing independent backend services\n\nREST APIs and service-to-service communication\n\nInter-service integration\n\nAuthentication and authorisation\n\nDatabase and data-service design\n\nError handling, logging, and monitoring\n\nAPI gateways\n\nScalability and performance considerations\n\nAdded Advantage\n\nExperience developing software for:\n\nPharmaceutical or healthcare organisations\n\nHospitals and laboratories\n\nManufacturing\n\nFinancial services\n\nOther regulated or compliance-driven industries\n\nExperience with GxP, regulatory, audit, or compliance-driven systems is an added advantage.\n\nContract Availability\n\nEngagement: Full-Time\n\nImportant\n\nThis is a full-time development role.
