plans, work breakdown structures, schedules and delivery milestones.\n\nTranslate project requirements into actionable tasks with clear owners, deadlines and expected outcomes.\n\nMonitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines.\n\nIdentify delivery risks early and implement corrective measures before they affect project outcomes.\n\nTeam Coordination and Accountability\n\nCoordinate software developers, quality assurance personnel, business analysts, domain experts and other project stakeholders.\n\nAssign responsibilities, track individual commitments and follow up on overdue tasks.\n\nEstablish clear communication and reporting routines across project teams.\n\nAddress performance bottlenecks, unresolved dependencies and communication gaps promptly.\n\nClient and Stakeholder Management\n\nServe as the primary coordination point between clients and internal project teams.\n\nCommunicate project progress, risks, challenges and revised timelines transparently.\n\nManage client expectations and ensure that commitments made to clients are realistic and fulfilled.\n\nOrganise project meetings, document decisions and follow up on agreed action points.\n\nSoftware Development and ERP Project Management\n\nUnderstand the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment and support.\n\nCoordinate ERP implementations and ensure that functional requirements are translated into deliverable technical tasks.\n\nWork closely with technical leads to track development progress, integrations, testing and deployment readiness.\n\nCoordinate user acceptance testing, documentation, training and implementation activities.\n\nQuality Assurance and Delivery Management\n\nEnsure deliverables meet agreed requirements and acceptance criteria before submission to clients.\n\nTrack defects, outstanding requirements, change requests and dependencies.\n\nMaintain project documentation, risk registers, issue logs and milestone acceptance records.\n\nEnsure that project delays are escalated promptly and that recovery plans are implemented.\n\nReporting and Performance Monitoring\n\nPrepare regular project status reports covering completed work, work in progress, pending tasks, risks and upcoming milestones.\n\nUse project management tools to maintain accurate, real-time visibility of project activities.\n\nTrack project performance using measurable indicators, including milestone completion, schedule adherence, task closure and defect resolution.\n\nPromote a culture of ownership, discipline, transparency and results.\n\nQualifications, Skills and Experience:\n\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, Project Management or a related field.\n\nAt least 3 years of demonstrable experience managing technology, software development or ERP implementation projects .\n\nProven experience coordinating technical teams and delivering projects against agreed timelines.\n\nPractical understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall.\n\nExperience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Asana or Microsoft Project.\n\nStrong planning, organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management and reporting skills.\n\nADDED ADVANTAGES\n\nExperience managing ERP implementations or enterprise software projects.\n\nExposure to regulated industries, pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality management systems or compliance-driven projects.\n\nKnowledge of software testing, system integrations, requirements management and user acceptance testing.\n\nRelevant project management certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum Master certification.\n\nExperience managing projects involving multiple technical disciplines and external client stakeholders.\n\nThe successful candidate will be evaluated against measurable delivery outcomes, including:\n\nAdherence to approved project schedules and milestones.\n\nPercentage of tasks and deliverables completed within agreed deadlines.\n\nTimeliness and accuracy of project status reports.\n\nEarly identification and effective resolution of delivery risks.\n\nQuality and completeness of deliverables submitted for client acceptance.\n\nEffective coordination, accountability and productivity of project teams.\n\nClient
