Role: Sales Enablement Highspot Administrator
Location: Remote
Pay: $41/hr - $45/hr on W2(Inclusive all)
The Sales Enablement Highspot Administrator will play a supporting role in the daily management and optimization of our sales and partner enablement content and learning management platform, Highspot. They will work with members of the enablement team as well as marketing, sales operations, and other content creators to ensure internal sellers and our partner ecosystem are able to quickly and easily access the information they need to be successful. The ideal candidate will help support the Highspot enablement team, collaborating with content contributors to ensure continued adoption and success of the platform. The position will report to the Sales Enablement Sr. Manager, Highspot Lead.
What You’ll Do:
- Day-to-day “hands-on-keyboard” operations and management of the enablement platform (uploading content, maintaining tags/metadata, reviewing feedback, organizing new content and announcements etc.)
- In collaboration with other enablement team members, identify and recommend process improvements that reduce workloads and streamline efficiencies for administrators, content managers, and end users
- Work closely with team members to help document and improve the policies, procedures and processes related to platform governance and hygiene
- Work with the enablement team and content creators to ensure content is up-to-date, properly governed, and meets established standards
- Help support consistency between the internal seller and partner experiences
Requirements
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years experience administering and supporting a sales enablement content management system (ex. Highspot, Seismic, Showpad - Highspot preferred)
- 3+ years experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar role
Personal drive:
- Effective time manager, capable of executing on tasks while managing competing priorities
- Superb organizational skills
