We develop complex, radiation effects mitigated, designs that balance competing requirements in modern space programs, delivering cutting-edge solutions that enable our customers to achieve more in space.\nPosition Summary\nTrident seeks a driven and highly capable Program Finance Analyst (internal level III) to support the financial management of projects throughout their lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to forecasting and performance analysis. This role is responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial reports, monitoring project costs, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and contractual requirements. The analyst will work closely with program managers, finance leadership, and cross-functional teams to provide accurate, timely, and insightful financial data to support decision-making.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nPartners closely with Program Managers to prepare and support Estimate at Completions (EACs), forecasting and budgeting activities.\nProvides financial data inputs and analysis for various business reviews as needed.\nPrepare or aid in monthly financial submissions related to programs including but not limited to monthly revenue recognition, billings, external financial reports, and any other monthly reporting as required.\nMonitors performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances.\nAnalyzes complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial information to management for decision making purposes.\nSupports senior management team with strategic initiatives.\nSupports ad-hoc reporting and analysis, setup and closeout actions related to program finance, special projects and internal/external audits as required.\nAbility to work in a high energy, high volume, rapidly changing environment.\nMaintain a high level of discretion while processing and handling confidential information. \nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar field.\nMinimum of 4 years of experience in Program Finance, FP&A, or Accounting (or 2 years of experience with a Master's degree)\nWorking knowledge of GAAP to support accurate complex accounting transactions and business operations, financial reporting and compliance.\nWorking knowledge of various contract types: Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Time & Material (T&M), etc.\nExperience with MS Office including Excel (i.e., Pivot tables, nested formulas and logical/lookup functions) and PowerPoint.\nU.S. Citizenship required.
